Rolling Thunder presented to the MCHS Freshmen class today arranged by Social Science Teacher, Mr. Kieffer.
The Rolling Thunder members introduced the history and setup of the “White Table”. They demonstrated proper flag etiquette including respecting the flag, the 13 folds of the flag and a ceremony of a retired flag. Students were shown the Fallen Soldier Battle Cross, a method of memorial and mourning for a fallen soldier. They also explained why the color RED is worn for remembrance.
