What is Pickleball?
Pickleball is a game invented back in the 1960s as a children’s backyard game. It has become increasingly popular in Mount Carmel. It combines the elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis. Two or four players use paddles to hit a “wiffle” ball over a net.
Student’s in Mrs. Davis and Mr. McCarty’s physical education class have been perfecting their skills and having fun doing it thanks to the recently donated paddles from the Mt. Carmel Pickleball Club.
