MCGS held its first school-wide spelling be on January 16th. In December, grade levels ran their own bees and the five top spellers were chosen to compete in the school-wide bee. After several rounds and many challenging words, Isaac Hocking, 6th grade, was declared the MCGS Spelling Bee Champion. Isaac will have the opportunity to advance to the regional level bee.
