2026 ILLINOIS 5ESSENTIALS SURVEY

FEBRUARY 3 - MARCH 13, 2026

Beginning February 3, 2026, through March 13, 2026, students, parents, and teachers across Illinois will have an opportunity to participate in the annual statewide Illinois 5Essentials Survey.  The Illinois 5Essential surveys students in grades 4-12.
