Schedule Change Request Form

Student Guidelines for schedule changes
1. Teacher recommended schedule changes will take high priority.
2. Computer errors on student schedules will take high priority.
3. Other requests will be handled with the following stipulations:
● A student in a class with an enrollment of 15 or less should not request approval to drop the class.
● Overloading any class will be avoided.
Therefore, a request to add classes will only be considered for classes that have light enrollments.
