Dear Parents / Guardians, This letter is to inform you about the Wabash Community Unit School District #348 breakfast program. Wabash District #348 has a breakfast program like our lunch program. Breakfast is provided by the kitchen staff at all schools. Breakfast is $1.00 and is served from 7:20 a.m. until 7:53 a.m. Please tell your child about our breakfast program. Kindergarteners enjoyed a visit from Johnny Appleseed (senior Jack Marvell) on Johnny Appleseed day! The students listened to a tale of Johnny’s life and adventures, shared some of their apple orchard field trip highlights with him, and sang Happy Birthday to him!

MCES Kindergarten students had a great first field trip at Apple Hill Orchard today! They were lucky enough to taste test different types of apples, apple cider, pick their own apple and experience all of the machinery.
