This is a message from MCES: Please remember that your children need to login to their Seesaw account today, tomorrow and Monday to complete their assignments for remote days. If you have a question please contact your child's teacher. Assignments may not be uploaded until later this morning. Thank you Mrs. Odom
REMINDER: Please be aware of the signs and symptoms of COVID-19 and how your child is presenting. Symptoms of COVID-19 may be any ONE of the following: Fever greater than or equal to 100.4, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, chills, fatigue, muscle and body aches, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, congestion, nausea and or vomiting, diarrhea and runny nose. With the increase of positivity in our community, please do not send your child to school with any one of the above listed symptoms. A fever does not always present and should not be the deciding factor whether to send your child to school or not. Please be sure your child is symptom free before returning back to school. If you are unsure of what you should do please utilize your child's school nurse with any questions. Our hope is to keep everyone as safe as possible and slow the rate of infection, with this being said we need your help in monitoring your child daily for any signs and symptoms of COVID-19 and keeping them home until symptoms subside or a physician has released your child to return to school. If you have any questions please feel free to contact your child's school. Stephanie Kolb RN, BSN, PEL-CSN Certified School NurseWabash CUSD #348

Opportunity for Remote Learners to Return to In-Person
After two weeks of successful four day in-person learning in the schools, we are confident that we can accommodate more students. We have had calls from numerous parents requesting that their child return to in-person instruction. Therefore, we are announcing a window for remote learners to return to in-person instruction. This window will be October 13th-16th. This opportunity coincides with the beginning of the second quarter. This opportunity will not reemerge until the end of the first semester. If you do want your child to return to in-person instruction, prior to returning you must notify the school office at least one day before the student may return to in-person instruction.
