Kid's Heart Challenge at MCES - Every child received a paper that told parents how to sign up online for on- line giving. If you can help the school out our goal is to have 50% of our students signed up online. At this time we have 108 and need 156. If you have not created your child's online account, please do so. If the students reach their goal, they get to wear pajamas to school. Deadline if March 13th. Thank you for your help!

The students really enjoyed Zoodles animal show at MCES. More information and photos to come soon. Unfortunately the team ran out of time and 2nd grade did not get their pictures taken. Zoodles will come back with the animals and the 2nd grade will have a chance to get their pictures. The teachers have the money until they return. Thank you for your patience.

On February 18th MCES hosted a guest speaker for the Kids Heart Challenge Kick Off. This year Mrs. Hadley is working on trying to get at least 50% of the students to register on line. The students listened intently to the speaker and received a complement on how awesome their behavior was.

Valentine's Day is just around the corner and MCES would like to remind you that if you wish to have a balloon or gift delivered to the school, the items will be delivered the afternoon of the 13th. So please order early from the shop of your choice. Also, if you are bringing in your own item for your child, have their name and their teacher's name on the item. Please remember the items need to be delivered by 9:30 a.m. because of the shortened schedule. Preschool for All (Pre-K) and Early Childhood (EC) will not be in session on the 14th.
