The Wabash County CUSD #348 student health record drop-off will be on Friday, July 24th, from 9 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. at Mt. Carmel Junior/Senior High School for all grade levels. Registration portals for the 2026-2027 school year will be locked for students who require health records for admission. Students entering Kindergarten, 6th grade, 9th grade, and 12th grade are required to have physicals and/or immunizations for school entry. The Mt.
