The students really enjoyed Zoodles animal show at MCES. More information and photos to come soon. Unfortunately the team ran out of time and 2nd grade did not get their pictures taken. Zoodles will come back with the animals and the 2nd grade will have a chance to get their pictures. The teachers have the money until they return. Thank you for your patience.

Tomorrow MCES students will be bringing home a permission slip to attend a Free Animal Education Program. The program is Thursday, February 20th and if you do not return it signed by the 19th your child will NOT be able to attend. This is for liability reasons from the company. On the permission slip your child can sign up to have their picture taken with a Kangaroo Joey, a Redfoot Tortoise or an Albino Corn Snake. The price to have the picture taken is $10. Please note that do to time constraints your child can only get ONE picture take (this means only send $10 because there will only be one picture taken). Please make checks payable to Zoodles LLC, any check made payable to MCES will be returned.

Valentine's Day is just around the corner and MCES would like to remind you that if you wish to have a balloon or gift delivered to the school, the items will be delivered the afternoon of the 13th. So please order early from the shop of your choice. Also, if you are bringing in your own item for your child, have their name and their teacher's name on the item. Please remember the items need to be delivered by 9:30 a.m. because of the shortened schedule. Preschool for All (Pre-K) and Early Childhood (EC) will not be in session on the 14th.
