MCJHS 8th grade students will participate in the Illinois Science Assessment next week on April 27, 28 and 29. Students will test during their regularly scheduled science period. All students will need to bring non-wireless earbuds to school for these tests. If your child is a remote learner, they will need to come into school during their science period for testing on those days. Please have them check into the office first. If you need to know the exact time of their science period, please refer to the Student Handbook or call the Guidance Office at 262-8886 and we will be happy to assist you.

Does your child ever wonder what they want to do when they grow up? The good news is that MCJHS partnered with Junior Achievement, who has provided a virtual resource called Job Spark, which is intended to help students explore eight career clusters. Students received information in their email today that explains more information about the event and how to login. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Steve Holt at sholt@wabash348.com.

After discussions with our local health department and state officials, all Wabash #348 schools will discontinue temperature checks at school bus pick ups and when entering the school buildings. We must stress that it is of the utmost importance that you do not send your child to school when he or she is not feeling well. I want to thank everyone with their patience throughout this process. As with everything right now, situations can and will immediately change. Stay safe and Go Aces!
