The following link allows you to complete the waiver for consent to complete the physical at school as well as your child(ren)'s medical history for our medical providers to review.

Good Luck to the Jr. High Golfers tomorrow as they compete at the State Golf tournament. Representing the Girls team at the State Tournament will be Ella Turner , Miranda Kennard, Lola Meador and Makaya Bolden. Representing Mount Carmel Jr. High School on the Boys team will be Zane Wilcox, Drake Stevenson, and Harrison Lovellette.

MCJHS boys golf team played at Salem Country Club today in the SIJHSAA regional tournament. Medaling and advancing to state were:
Zane Wilcox, shooting a 41 and placing 3rd. Drake Stevenson, shooting a 45 and placing 5th. Harrison Lovellete shot a 49, taking 10th place .
Also competing was Brock Schilb with a 59. The state golf tournament will be held at Rend Lake golf course on May 7th.


For the 2024-2025 school year, the Mt. Carmel Junior High 7th and 8th grade P.E. students must wear uniforms. The uniforms will be sold during the last two weeks of school and the beginning of the school year. We are going back to MUST have this uniform for P.E. The MCJHS Jazz Band will be performing a short lunchtime concert at the Wabash County Senior Citizens Center on Thursday, April 25 at 11:30a.m. The public, especially senior citizens, are welcome to attend! Happy Jazz Appreciation Month!

Our MCJHS parent response rate is 7% for the 2023-24 Illinois Supplemental Parent Survey. As a reminder, schools need 20% of their parents to respond.
